In this collection of works, Claire explores what is like to be whimsical and to dream again. For in a world filled with industrial buildings, electronics, and fumes that fill the air, we sometimes forget the importance of imagination as our technologies sometimes cloud our minds as well as the air. Within these images we see the skulls of animals long passed, placed in and on images and surroundings that normally would not be associated with death. Together, the foreground figures and the background patterns meld together to create a whole new figure. Symbols of death now bringing life to our dreams.
